G2 Goldfields Inc. has announced a spin-out of its non-core assets to a new entity, G3 Goldfields Inc., allowing shareholders to unlock additional value. This move will enable G2 to focus on its primary OKO project in Guyana while G3 will manage the newly acquired assets. The spin-out is pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, with plans for G3 to be listed on a Canadian stock exchange.
