Odin Metals Ltd ( (AU:G11) ) has shared an update.
G11 Resources has commenced diamond drilling at its 100%-owned Sedgwick project in Tasmania, targeting the Zig Zag copper-gold prospect adjacent to the Mt Lyell mine along the Great Lyell fault. The initial 2,400-metre program is designed to test a CSAMT geophysical anomaly interpreted to sit in a structurally favourable position for mineralisation beneath Zig Zag hill, with drilling from technically challenging pads at the base of the hill supported by contractors capable of directional drilling and down-hole electromagnetics to identify off-hole conductors, underscoring a significant exploration push that could enhance the project’s prospectivity if successful.
