G & M Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Liu Yuk Shing as an independent non-executive Director, effective from July 1, 2024. Dr. Liu brings over 30 years of experience in engineering and will serve on multiple committees within the company. Concurrently, Prof. Wong Sue Chun Roderick has resigned from his directorship due to personal reasons, effective the same date as Dr. Liu’s appointment.
