FW Thorpe Plc has reported that some of its employees exercised share options on 28 June, for a total of 30,322 ordinary shares at 124 pence each, which were issued under the 2014 Executive Share Option Plan and became exercisable in 2020. The transaction has involved transferring these shares from the company’s treasury and has consequently adjusted the total voting rights in the company to 117,321,908. This recent action could influence shareholders’ notifications regarding their interest in the company’s share capital.
