Fuxing China Group Limited has announced significant changes to its board and committee composition, effective from 15 May 2024. New appointments include Mr. Koh Boon Chiao and Ms. Tsang Ngo Yin as Independent Non-Executive Directors, taking on various committee chairmanships and memberships.
