Future World Holdings Limited is set to acquire the entire issued share capital of an unnamed target company, following an initial announcement made on June 26, 2024. The target group experienced a net loss after taxation for the year ending December 31, 2023, and its net asset value was approximately HK$729,000. Directors have deemed the total consideration for the acquisition, about HK$2,470,000, to be fair and in the interests of the shareholders.
