Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future PLC has announced the buyback of 41,306 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,036.0000 to 1,045.0000 per share, with the intention to cancel them. This latest transaction is part of a larger share repurchase program initiated since May 2024, amounting to a total of 2,713,757 shares bought back for £28.7 million. Post-transaction, Future PLC reports no shares held in treasury and a total of 112,490,143 ordinary shares in issue.
