UK-based Future plc has actively bought back 93,195 of its own shares on September 4, 2024, through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with plans to cancel them. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 1,044 to 1,065 pence per share, averaging 1,055.73 pence. This buyback is part of a larger program since May 22, 2024, totaling 2,374,566 shares at over £25 million, leaving the company with 112,829,334 ordinary shares in issue and no shares in treasury.
