Future PLC announced the buyback of 92,510 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 1,049.6241 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. This recent transaction is part of a larger buyback program since May 22, where the company has acquired over 2.5 million shares, spending approximately £27.5 million. After this latest buyback, the company has no ordinary shares in treasury and 112,606,506 shares in issue.
