Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 30,254 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 1,055.3737 pence per share. This buyback is part of a larger ongoing program that has seen the company acquire 2.4 million shares for £25.5 million since May 22, 2024. Following this transaction, Future plc will have 112,799,080 shares in issue and none held in treasury.
