Future Generation Director Doubles Shareholding

Future Generation Australia Limited Stapled Security (AU:FGX) has released an update.

Philip Lowe, a director at Future Generation Australia Limited, has doubled his stake in the company, acquiring an additional 10,000 ordinary shares at a total value of $12,300. This on-market purchase, reported on 16 July 2024, has increased his total holdings to 20,000 shares. The transaction occurred outside of the company’s closed period, negating the need for prior written clearance.
