Philip Lowe, a director of Future Generation Australia Limited, has increased his direct shareholding in the company by acquiring 10,000 additional Ordinary Shares at a total value of $12,150. This on-market purchase, reported on July 22, 2024, brings Lowe’s total holdings to 40,000 Ordinary Shares. The transaction was conducted in compliance with the company’s trading policies as it was not during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
