Philip Lowe, a director at Future Generation Australia Limited, has increased his direct stake in the company by acquiring an additional 10,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $12,400. This on-market purchase, conducted on July 18, 2024, has raised Lowe’s total holdings to 30,000 ordinary shares. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
