Future Bright Mining Holdings Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhou Dechuan as an executive director, effective from September 1, 2024. Mr. Zhou, who co-founded Shenzhen Rongyu, specializes in investments in the technology sector and will be bringing his expertise in strategic management and project acquisitions to the company. He has agreed to a three-year term with the possibility of re-election and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$360,000.
