Future Bright Mining Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of executive Directors Mr. Li Yuguo and Mr. Lyu Bin, both departing on 23 May 2024 for other business ventures, with neither expressing disagreement with the Board. Concurrently, the company has appointed Mr. Xue Yunfei as the new Authorized Representative. The Board has expressed gratitude to Mr. Li and Mr. Lyu for their contributions during their tenure.
