Fusion Fuel Green PLC has secured a significant investment, with a private investor agreeing to buy over 43 million of its Class A ordinary shares and warrants for $33.5 million. The deal, set to close by the end of September 2024, includes a provision for the investor to appoint a board member, provided they maintain a minimum ownership threshold. The company is also committed to filing for the resale registration of these shares within a stipulated time frame post-closing.
