Fusen Pharmaceutical Announces Corporate Reshuffle

Fusen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (HK:1652) has released an update.

Fusen Pharmaceutical Company Limited has announced a change in their corporate structure with the resignation of Mr. Wong Tik Man as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from 30 September 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. Yeung Yuk Hong, who brings over a decade of experience in accountancy and company secretarial matters. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Wong’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Yeung to his new role.
