Fuse Battery Metals Inc. announced a share consolidation strategy, with a 5-for-1 share conversion reducing their outstanding shares from 187,948,801 to 37,589,760. The consolidation, which is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, will not involve a change in the company’s name or trading symbol, and will see adjustments to stock options and warrants. Fuse Battery Metals, a company focused on battery metal exploration, remains active in its Lithium Springs Property in Nevada.
