Fury Gold Mines Limited has announced a private placement offering of up to 5,320,000 Flow-Through Shares at $0.94 each, potentially raising $5,000,800, with an over-allotment option for additional proceeds. Agents, led by Haywood Securities Inc., will sell these shares, which may later be resold by initial purchasers, including to U.S. investors through a FINRA broker-dealer affiliate. The company will pay a 6% fee to the agents from the gross proceeds of the Flow-Through Shares sale.
