Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 200,000 of its own ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 103.9322p per share. This action is part of an ongoing share buyback program that was previously announced on March 7, 2024. Post-cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 339,031,508 ordinary shares with voting rights.
