Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently completed a share buyback, where 150,762 ordinary shares were purchased at prices ranging from 123.50p to 129.00p, and intends to cancel all of these shares. This move will reduce their issued share capital to 336,798,152 ordinary shares, providing current and potential investors with updated figures to assess their stake in the company.
