Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 250,000 of its ordinary shares, affecting the company’s total issued share capital which will now consist of 337,180,234 shares with voting rights. The shares were purchased through the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 116.50p to 120.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 118.8413p per share.
