Funding Circle Completes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.

Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 210,892 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 102.00p to 105.00p. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited, with the purpose of cancelling them to reduce the issued share capital. Post-cancellation, the company’s total issued share capital will stand at 339,417,634 ordinary shares with voting rights.
