Funding Circle Holdings plc has recently executed the buy-back of 54,642 of its own shares, leading to their cancellation, in a move that will affect the company’s issued share capital. The shares were purchased from Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging between 123.50p and 124.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 123.5666p. This transaction will result in a new total of 337,019,812 ordinary shares with voting rights for the company.
