Funai Soken Holdings, Inc. has recently completed the purchase of 340,300 of its own common shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange for a total cost of 740,223,000 yen, as part of its share buyback program. The buyback is in line with the Board’s resolution from February 8, 2024, which allows for the acquisition of up to 1.2 million shares by the end of 2024. To date, the company has acquired 1,110,200 shares for 2,639,825,700 yen under this resolution.
