Fulum Group Holdings Limited has announced proposed changes to its articles of association, aiming to align with the new electronic dissemination requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules by the end of 2023 and to introduce housekeeping amendments. These changes are contingent upon shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for September 27, 2024. Shareholders will receive detailed information and notice of the meeting in an upcoming circular.
