Fulum Group Holdings Ltd. successfully passed all proposed resolutions during the Annual General Meeting on 27 September 2024, with overwhelming shareholder support evidenced by a 99.99% vote in favor across all items. Key resolutions included the approval of audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend, re-election and election of board directors, appointment and remuneration decisions for the company auditor, and the granting of mandates for share allotment and repurchase.
