Fullwealth International Group Holdings Limited has announced that the changes to the venue and the postponement of their EGM are invalid due to insufficient notice period, as per their Articles of Association. The EGM, held on 13 May 2024, saw all proposed resolutions passed validly by shareholders. Trading of the company’s shares remains suspended since 12 March 2024, pending the announcement of the annual results.
