Fullwealth International Group Holdings Limited has announced the immediate resignation of their auditor, Yongtun Fuson CPA Limited, due to the inability to obtain necessary supporting documents for certain subsidiaries and related expenses, totaling approximately RMB 37.9 million. Trading of the company’s shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains suspended since March 12, 2024, as the search for a replacement auditor continues in line with regulatory requirements.
