Fullwealth International Group Holdings Limited has appointed CL Partners CPA Limited as their new auditor, effective from 25 June 2024, following the resignation of their previous auditor, Yongtuo Fuson. The Audit Committee and Board have thoroughly evaluated and endorsed CL Partners, considering their independence, audit quality, and experience with listed companies. Meanwhile, the company’s shares continue to be suspended from trading until the publication of their belated annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023.
