Fuller’s Executes Share Buyback, Adjusts Voting Rights

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, a UK-based pub and hotel company, has recently bought back 8,111 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 739.8508 GBp per share, as part of its share buyback program initiated in March 2024. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury, reducing the number of shares with voting rights to 36,077,011. This move has been made in accordance with the company’s capital management strategy and may influence shareholders’ notification obligations.
