Fuller’s Executes Share Buyback, Adjusts Capital

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has actively purchased 7,500 of its own ‘A’ ordinary shares for 764 GBp each as a part of its share buyback initiative announced previously in August. These shares will be held in Treasury, and following the transaction, Fuller’s total listed voting rights stand at 35,707,690. The move forms part of the company’s ongoing effort to manage its capital effectively.
