Fuller, Smith & Turner has continued executing its share buyback programme, repurchasing 5,689 “A” ordinary shares of 40p each on 1 April 2026 at a price of 650 pence per share. The transaction was carried out on the London Stock Exchange via Deutsche Numis and forms part of the capital management strategy announced earlier in the year.

The company plans to hold the acquired shares in Treasury, bringing total “A” shares in issue to 36,446,686, of which 4,944,066 are now held in Treasury. As a result, the number of listed voting rights has been reduced to 31,502,620, a key figure for investors monitoring their disclosure thresholds under U.K. transparency rules.
