Fuller, Smith & Turner has continued executing its previously announced share buyback programme by repurchasing 10,008 “A” Ordinary Shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 636.2634 pence. The transaction, carried out through Deutsche Numis, saw prices ranging between 634 and 644 pence, with the company intending to hold all repurchased shares in Treasury.

Following this latest buyback, Fuller’s listed issued share capital stands at 36,446,686 “A” Ordinary Shares, of which 5,173,241 are held in Treasury, leaving 31,273,445 voting shares in circulation.
