Fuller Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, a renowned hospitality company, recently bought back 7,109 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 769.94 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of voting rights in the company to 35,897,363. The transaction was carried out through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
