Fuller Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, a British pub and hotel operator, has bought back 10,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 746 pence each, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares will be held in Treasury, which after the transaction leaves the company with 35,988,794 voting rights. This repurchase reflects the company’s commitment to shareholder value and capital management.
