Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced that Frederick Turner, the Retail Director, has been appointed as a trustee to a family trust holding 88,976 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares, though he has no beneficial interest in the trust’s assets. This notification complies with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and marks an initial notification of a non-beneficial interest transaction carried out outside a trading venue.
