Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program, repurchasing 20,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 769 GBp per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange with Numis Securities Limited facilitating the buyback. These shares will be held in Treasury, adjusting the total number of voting rights in the company to 35,896,684.
