Fuller Smith & Turner Chairman Adjusts Shareholding

Fuller Smith & Turner (GB:FSTA) has released an update.

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced that its Chairman, Michael Turner, along with his spouse, has transferred a portion of their stake in the company, amounting to 44,488 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares, to a family trust, over which they retain no beneficial interest. Post-transaction, Michael Turner still holds a significant interest in the firm with 182,402 ‘A’ Ordinary Shares. This move complies with the EU Market Abuse Regulation as per the official notification.
