Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the buyback of 5,489 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 744.53 GBp per share, as part of its share repurchase program. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited and will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of listed voting rights to 36,062,979. This move could potentially be of interest to shareholders for future notifications regarding changes in their shareholding.
