Michael Hartmeier has stepped down from his role on the Board of Directors at Full House Resorts, Inc., effective immediately. His resignation is amicable, with no disputes cited, as he moves on to explore a new venture in the gaming industry. In response, the Board has decided to decrease its number of directors from eight to seven, appointing Lynn Handler as the new Chairperson of the Nominating Committee, which, along with the Compensation Committee, now consists of three members each.
