Fulcrum Metals Strikes Deal on Uranium Assets

Fulcrum Metals Plc (GB:FMET) has released an update.

Fulcrum Metals Plc has inked a definitive option agreement with Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. for the divestment of its uranium projects in Saskatchewan, Canada, which could lead to Terra acquiring 100% interest post exploration commitments and payments. The deal provides Fulcrum with immediate capital for its other mining endeavors and retains a 1% net smelter return royalty on the sold assets. This strategic move aims to refocus Fulcrum on its core gold exploration projects and innovative tailings processing operations.
