Fulcrum Metals Plc has announced an extension to the completion date for the sale of its Saskatchewan Uranium Projects to Terra Balcanica Resources Corp, now set for 15 June 2024, due to delays in finalizing the definitive agreement. The anticipated agreement follows a previously signed letter of intent, granting Terra the option to acquire 100% interest in the projects. Despite the delay, Fulcrum’s CEO remains confident in the completion of the acquisition and the potential growth driven by the energy sector’s transition.
