Fulcrum Metals Plc, a Canadian mineral exploration and development company, has successfully acquired 100% interest in multiple uranium projects in Saskatchewan through its subsidiary, following a cash transaction with the original owners. This strategic move positions Fulcrum closer to finalizing the sale of its comprehensive uranium project portfolio, which spans over 59,000 hectares, to Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. The company anticipates the imminent completion of the definitive sale agreement and plans to provide updates to the market shortly.
