Fukuoka Financial Group ( (JP:8354) ) has issued an update.
Fukuoka Financial Group will partially revise its shareholder benefit program, maintaining eligibility requirements but reshaping the menu of perks offered to long-term investors. The move reflects a review of how shareholders use existing options and aims to better align benefits with regional strengths and financial services.
The company will expand its Regional Specialty Products Course from about 40 to roughly 60 items featuring products from Fukuoka, Kumamoto and Nagasaki, while discontinuing the Cashless Payment Course that rewarded usage of certain cashless tools. Other core options, including preferential deposit rates, investment trust incentives, securities benefits and a donation course, remain in place, suggesting a shift toward promoting regional consumption and core financial products rather than payment-related rewards.
The revised program will apply to shareholders holding at least 200 shares for over a year as of March 31, with benefits usable mainly from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and regional product redemptions available through December 31, 2026. For shareholders, the changes modestly adjust the value and nature of perks, emphasizing local engagement and investment services over cashless payment incentives.
The most recent analyst rating on (JP:8354) stock is a Buy with a Yen6816.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Fukuoka Financial Group stock, see the JP:8354 Stock Forecast page.
