Fujing Holdings Co., Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Guo Zeqing from her role as executive Director and financial controller, effective 5 September 2024, attributing her departure to a desire to focus on her family. The company confirms that there are no disagreements or undisclosed issues behind her resignation. Mr. Lyu Zhonghua will succeed Ms. Guo as the financial controller on the same date.
