Fuji Media Holdings will propose a sharply higher year-end dividend of ¥100 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, bringing the total annual payout to ¥125 per share, up from ¥50 the previous year. The total dividend amount will be about ¥14.5 billion, sourced from retained earnings, with final approval scheduled at the June 25, 2026 shareholders’ meeting.
