Fufeng Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Li Guangyu as co-chief executive officer alongside Mr. Li Deheng, effective from September 1, 2024. Mr. Guangyu, who has over 18 years of experience in the fermentation industry and a Master of Laws, will also continue his role as an executive Director. The company has assured shareholders that aside from the disclosed information, there are no additional concerns regarding the appointments.
