Fuel Ventures VCT PLC has successfully issued 1,939,010 new Ordinary Shares at 100p each, as part of an offer to raise up to £50 million. The total number of shares in issue now stands at 8,476,289, with the same number of voting rights. These shares will soon be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with CREST accounts credited post-allotment.
