FSE Lifestyle Services Limited has outlined the structure and operating procedures for its Audit Committee, which was established by a Board resolution on November 20, 2015. The Committee is composed exclusively of non-executive directors, a majority of whom are independent, and includes at least one member with the requisite financial expertise as stipulated by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Meetings can be convened by any Committee member, with external auditors also able to request a meeting through the Committee Chairman if necessary.
